We are seeking a compassionate and qualified School Counselor to join our educational team. The School Counselor will provide academic, social, and emotional support to students, promoting their well-being and academic success.

Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group counseling to students, addressing academic, social, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ strengths, challenges, and needs.
Develop and implement strategies to help students improve academic performance, develop positive behavior, and enhance social skills.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administrators to support students’ educational and personal development.
Create and deliver educational programs on topics such as bullying prevention, mental health awareness, and study skills.
Assist students in academic and career planning, including college and career guidance.
Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, assessments, and student progress.
Stay updated on counseling techniques, educational trends, and resources to better assist students.
