We are currently seeking responsible and caring individuals to join our team as School Bus Attendants. The role involves ensuring the safety and well-being of students during their transportation to and from school, maintaining order on the bus, and providing assistance as needed.

Responsibilities:
Safely assist students with boarding and exiting the school bus, ensuring seatbelts are fastened (if applicable).
Maintain discipline and order among students during bus rides, enforcing safety rules and regulations.
Assist students with special needs or disabilities, ensuring their comfort and safety during transportation.
Communicate effectively with the bus driver and school staff regarding any issues or concerns related to students’ behavior or safety.
Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the bus to ensure safety equipment and emergency exits are in working order.
Report any incidents, accidents, or behavioral concerns to the appropriate school personnel or transportation authorities.
Assist in emergency evacuation procedures if necessary.

Requirements:
Patience, compassion, and a caring attitude towards students.
Ability to maintain discipline and handle behavioral issues calmly and effectively.
Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures is advantageous.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Physical capability to assist students and handle emergency situations.
