Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
Present menus and take customer orders
Provide recommendations on food and beverage selections
Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
Set up and clear tables efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the dining area
Handle payments and process transactions accurately
Upsell and promote restaurant specials

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress is preferred but not required
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and a team player
Knowledge of menu items and the ability to make recommendations
Ability to handle cash transactions
High school diploma or equivalent
