Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including front and back of house

Supervise and schedule staff, ensuring efficient shift coverage

Monitor food quality, customer service, and cleanliness standards

Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally

Manage inventory and place orders for food, beverages, and supplies

Train and mentor team members to uphold company standards

Collaborate with the chef and kitchen team on menu planning and execution

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Track sales, labor, and other operational costs to meet budget goals

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role (2+ years preferred)

Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Knowledge of POS systems and basic financial reporting

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

ServSafe Certification or equivalent (preferred)
