We are currently seeking a responsible and caring individual to join our transportation team as a Bus Attendant. If you have a passion for ensuring the safety and well-being of children, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the safe boarding and disembarking of students from the school bus.
Assist students, especially younger children or those with special needs, in seating and securing seat belts.
Maintain discipline and order among students during the bus ride.
Provide assistance and support to students as needed, including helping with bags or belongings.
Communicate effectively with the bus driver and school staff regarding any issues or concerns related to students’ behavior or safety.

Qualifications:
Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school or childcare setting is Beneficial.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Physical ability to assist students and handle emergency situations if necessary.
