Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and providing tailored solutions.
Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between clients and internal teams.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure the successful execution of client projects, campaigns, and deliverables.
Client Feedback: Gather client feedback and relay it to the appropriate teams, facilitating improvements and adjustments as necessary.
Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with client goals and objectives.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, client satisfaction, and other relevant metrics to clients and internal stakeholders.
Upselling: Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to existing clients, contributing to revenue growth.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Client Servicing Executive, Account Manager, or in a similar client-facing role in a marketing agency.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable plans for internal teams.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Creativity and strategic thinking to propose innovative solutions to clients.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
Previous experience in the Dubai market and knowledge of local industries is a plus.
