In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and organizing various aspects of events, from conception to execution, ensuring that every detail is meticulously planned and executed. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements, providing expert guidance and recommendations to ensure a successful event outcome.
Develop detailed event plans, including budgets, timelines, and logistical arrangements, and ensure that all elements are executed seamlessly.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and event staff to ensure that all necessary resources and services are secured and managed effectively.
Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, managing any on-site issues and troubleshooting to ensure a smooth and successful event experience.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field. Previous experience in event planning or a similar role is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and event staff.
Proficiency in event management software and basic computer skills is an asset.
