We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associates to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their needs, and driving sales. Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions.
Provide product information, features, and benefits to customers.
Answer customer questions and address concerns.
Offer assistance with product selection and upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Operate the cash register and handle sales transactions accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
Monitor and replenish inventory levels to ensure products are readily available.
Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and discounts.
Participate in training programs and product knowledge sessions.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets.
Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to returns and exchanges.
Upsell warranties or service plans on eligible products.
Suggestively sell complementary products to enhance the customer’s shopping experience.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and trends.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
Assist in visual merchandising and ensuring the store’s appearance is appealing to customers.
Follow safety and security procedures to prevent loss and protect company assets.

Qualifications:
Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer-focused with a desire to exceed customer expectations.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

High school diploma or equivalent.
