Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers with a friendly demeanor.
Manage restaurant reservations and seating arrangements.
Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
Take food and drink orders from customers.
Process payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
Handle cash and credit card payments securely.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station.
Assist in setting up and clearing tables as needed.
Collaborate with the waitstaff and kitchen team for smooth service.
Requirements:

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Positive and welcoming attitude.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for handling payments.
Previous experience as a hostess or cashier is beneficial.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of restaurant operations and menu items is a plus.
