Assist customers with inquiries, returns, and exchanges.

Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout counter.

Check for counterfeit notes or fraudulent transactions.

Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when needed.

Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.

Support inventory control by reporting low stock items to supervisors.
