Your responsibilities will include:

Perform outbound calls to existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication
Actively engage with new client leads and convert them to new clients according to regulations
Assist clients with the account opening and first deposit
Achieve personal and team sales targets on a consistent basis as outlined by the Head of Sales
Maintain high levels of client acquisition, retention, and reactivation

We’re looking for someone:

who has at least 1-year work experience in sales
is a professional English speaker
have great time management
