Description


An educational institution is inviting applications from caring, patient, and enthusiastic candidates for the position of Teaching Assistant. The successful candidate will support classroom teachers, assist students with learning activities, and contribute to a safe, positive, and inclusive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist teachers in conducting daily classroom activities and lessons.

Support students with individual and group learning tasks.

Prepare worksheets, teaching materials, and classroom resources.

Monitor student participation, behaviour, and academic progress.

Help maintain classroom discipline and a structured learning environment.

Provide additional support to students who require assistance with their studies.

Encourage students to participate in educational and creative activities.

Assist with classroom organization and the preparation of learning materials.

Support students’ social, emotional, and communication development.

Ensure classroom safety and follow school policies and procedures.

Communicate relevant student progress and concerns to the class teacher.

Assist with other educational duties as assigned by the school management.
