Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and provide professional assistance throughout their visit.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and general concerns courteously.
Assist with check-in, check-out, reservations, and other front-office activities when required.
Maintain accurate guest information and update relevant records.
Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, food and beverage, and other departments.
Follow up on guest requests to ensure timely resolution.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, operating hours, and available amenities.
Receive guest feedback and communicate important concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
Assist in handling special requests and arrangements for guests.
Maintain a professional and welcoming presence in guest-facing areas.
Support customer service standards and company procedures.
Prepare basic reports and maintain records related to guest interactions when required.
Assist the team with daily hospitality operations during busy periods.
Perform other guest-service duties assigned by management.
