Description


A construction team in Dubai is expanding its workforce and is seeking a Construction Technician to support ongoing building, installation, maintenance, and site activities. The position is suitable for technically minded candidates who can work with tools, materials, drawings, and site teams to help complete construction work efficiently. Freshers can apply, while candidates with relevant technical experience are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with general construction, installation, and technical site activities.
Read and follow basic construction drawings, plans, and work instructions.
Support skilled workers and supervisors with daily technical tasks.
Measure, cut, assemble, install, and position materials as required.
Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely.
Assist with the installation and maintenance of construction components and systems.
Check materials, tools, and equipment before starting assigned work.
Help identify basic defects, damage, or issues and report them to the supervisor.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and organized condition.
Assist with material handling, preparation, and movement around the worksite.
Coordinate with other site workers to complete assigned activities on schedule.
Follow construction procedures, site instructions, and workplace safety requirements.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during site activities.
Support site inspections and quality checks when required.
Report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, or work-related issues to the supervisor.
Perform other construction and technical duties assigned by management.
