**Job Responsibilities:**

* Welcome and assist guests in a professional manner
* Provide excellent customer service and support guest requests
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in assigned areas
* Assist with hotel operations and daily activities
* Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth service
* Follow hotel policies, safety, and service standards
* Handle guest requirements with a positive and helpful attitude

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience in hotel, hospitality, restaurant, or customer service roles is an advantage
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional appearance and positive attitude
* Ability to work flexible shifts
* Team player with a service-oriented approach
* Immediate joiners preferred
