A growing business environment in Dubai offers an opportunity for a capable General Supervisor to coordinate employees, monitor daily activities, and help maintain efficient operations across assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise employees and coordinate daily work assignments.
Allocate duties according to operational requirements and staff capabilities.
Monitor attendance, punctuality, performance, and task completion.
Ensure assigned activities are completed properly and within required timelines.
Coordinate with different teams and departments to maintain smooth workflow.
Monitor workplace conditions and report operational or safety concerns.
Check the quality and completion of routine work activities.
Assist in resolving day-to-day operational problems and employee concerns.
Maintain daily records, checklists, attendance sheets, and activity reports.
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
Guide employees on workplace procedures, responsibilities, and safety practices.
Monitor the proper use of tools, equipment, materials, and company resources.
Communicate operational updates and important issues to management.
Assist with staff orientation and on-the-job guidance when required.
Maintain discipline, professionalism, and proper workplace conduct.
Support management in improving productivity and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
Previous supervisory or team-coordination experience is an advantage.
Freshers with relevant qualifications and strong organizational skills may also apply.
Good leadership and staff-management abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to organize workloads and manage multiple responsibilities.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Good reporting, record-keeping, and documentation skills.
Responsible, organized, and able to work under pressure.
Willingness to work flexible hours when operationally required.
UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
