**WE ARE HIRING – BELL BOY**

**Job Responsibilities:**

* Welcome guests and assist them upon arrival and departure.
* Carry and transport guests' luggage safely.
* Escort guests to their rooms and provide basic assistance.
* Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage from vehicles.
* Deliver messages, documents, and items to guest rooms when required.
* Assist with guest requests and provide friendly service.
* Maintain the luggage area and hotel entrance in an organized condition.
* Coordinate with reception and other hotel departments.
* Follow hotel service, safety, and security procedures.

**Requirements:**

* Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Polite, friendly, and professional attitude.
* Physically fit and able to handle luggage.
* Well-presented and attentive to guests' needs.
* Punctual, reliable, and responsible.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
