**WE ARE HIRING – FACTORY WORKERS**

**Position:** Factory Worker

**Job Responsibilities:**

* Assist with daily factory and production activities.
* Operate basic machinery and equipment under supervision.
* Assist with assembling, processing, sorting, and packing products.
* Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished goods.
* Inspect products for basic quality and packaging standards.
* Keep the production area clean and organized.
* Follow production schedules and supervisor instructions.
* Follow workplace health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
* Report damaged products, equipment issues, or other problems to the supervisor.

**Requirements:**

* Previous factory or production experience is preferred.
* Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
* Able to stand and work for extended periods.
* Hardworking, punctual, and reliable.
* Good teamwork and communication skills.
* Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
* Willing to work shifts and flexible hours.
* Responsible attitude toward work and company property.
