A reputable company in Dubai is looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead and support its sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive sales performance and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the sales team.
Set sales targets and monitor individual and team performance.
Motivate and guide sales staff to achieve monthly targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Follow up on leads, enquiries, and potential business opportunities.
Monitor sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Assist the team with customer negotiations and closing sales.
Identify new sales opportunities and potential markets.
Train and coach sales team members on products, services, and sales techniques.
Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor competitors and provide feedback on market trends.
Ensure company sales policies and procedures are followed.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in a supervisory role.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic sales reporting.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
UAE sales experience is an advantage.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
