A leading educational institution is looking for a friendly, organized, and responsible School Receptionist to manage the front desk, welcome students, parents, and visitors, handle calls and correspondence, and provide administrative support for smooth school operations.

Responsibilities
Welcome students, parents, visitors, and staff at the reception area.
Answer, screen, and transfer incoming telephone calls.
Respond to general inquiries and direct visitors to the appropriate department.
Maintain visitor records and reception logs.
Handle incoming and outgoing emails, letters, and documents.
Assist parents and students with general school inquiries.
Coordinate appointments and meetings with teachers and school management.
Receive and distribute mail, documents, and deliveries.
Assist with student registration, admissions, and basic documentation when required.
Maintain accurate reception and administrative records.
Support the school administration team with daily office tasks.
Assist with printing, scanning, photocopying, filing, and data entry.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Follow school visitor-management, safety, and confidentiality procedures.
Handle confidential student and school information responsibly.
Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Education, or a related field is preferred.
Previous receptionist, front-office, customer service, or school administration experience is an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
Good spoken and written English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good computer skills, including MS Office and email.
Friendly, patient, and presentable personality.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Ability to communicate effectively with parents, students, teachers, and management.
UAE school experience is an advantage.
