* Coordinate orders with the kitchen, sales, or operations team
* Follow up on orders and provide updates to customers
* Maintain accurate order records
* Provide friendly and professional customer service

**Requirements:**

* Good English communication skills
* Friendly and professional attitude
* Good listening and attention-to-detail skills
* Basic computer knowledge
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Previous order-taking or customer service experience is an advantage
