Description


A reputable company is hiring a Site Engineer to oversee daily site activities, coordinate with workers and contractors, monitor work progress, and ensure projects are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily construction/site activities.
Monitor work progress and ensure activities follow project schedules.
Review drawings, plans, specifications, and work requirements.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, technicians, and site workers.
Inspect completed and ongoing work to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Identify site issues and coordinate appropriate solutions.
Monitor the use of materials, tools, and equipment.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
Ensure proper implementation of health and safety procedures.
Coordinate inspections and support project handover activities.
Report delays, technical issues, and site requirements to management.
Perform other site-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Previous site or construction experience is preferred.
Good understanding of engineering drawings and site procedures.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Ability to work effectively with different teams on site.
Freshers with relevant engineering qualifications may be considered.
