Description


A leading Institute is hiring a motivated and experienced Coach / Trainer to plan and deliver training programs, guide participants, assess performance, and support continuous skill development. The role may involve classroom, practical, or on-the-job coaching depending on the training area.

Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver training sessions and coaching programs.
Provide practical guidance and demonstrations to trainees.
Assess participants’ skills, performance, and progress.
Provide constructive feedback and coaching for improvement.
Develop training materials, activities, and lesson plans.
Monitor attendance, participation, and training progress.
Maintain accurate trainee records and assessment reports.
Identify individual training needs and skill gaps.
Motivate participants and create a positive learning environment.
Ensure training activities follow appropriate safety procedures.
Coordinate with management regarding training schedules and requirements.
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Keep training materials and methods updated.
Perform other training-related duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Relevant qualification or certification in the coaching/training field.
Previous experience as a Coach, Trainer, Instructor, or similar role.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good leadership and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to motivate and guide individuals or groups.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to assess performance and provide useful feedback.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
Train-the-Trainer certification is an advantage.
UAE experience is an advantage.
