A reputable company is hiring an organized and experienced Executive Secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support to senior management. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.
Prepare correspondence, letters, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Handle phone calls, emails, and business communications.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and business events.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Maintain confidential files, records, and important documents.
Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and external parties.
Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and business itineraries when required.
Monitor incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Assist management with daily administrative tasks and special projects.
Maintain an organized filing and document management system.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Requirements
Previous experience as an Executive Secretary, Secretary, or similar administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Professional telephone and email etiquette.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
UAE experience is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant administrative qualification is preferred.
