Description


A reputable company is hiring an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, supervise site teams, and ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities.
Manage workers, subcontractors, and site teams.
Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor work quality, progress, and productivity.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and project management.
Allocate manpower and daily tasks according to project requirements.
Monitor materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
Identify site issues, delays, and quality concerns and report them promptly.
Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.
Maintain proper site discipline and housekeeping.
Assist with inspections, snagging, and project handover.

Requirements:

2–5 years of relevant site supervision experience.
Previous UAE/GCC construction experience is an advantage.
Good knowledge of construction site procedures.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Diploma or technical qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field is preferred.
