Job Responsibilities:

Manage and update company records, files, and databases
Perform data entry and maintain accurate documentation
Prepare reports, correspondence, and office documents
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
Assist with general administrative and back-office tasks

Requirements:

Previous experience in administration or back-office operations is preferred
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications
Strong organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Immediate joiners preferred
