Job Summary:
A Packaging Helper is responsible for assisting in packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment. This role ensures that items are handled carefully, packed securely, and meet company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Pack goods into boxes, cartons, or containers properly
Label packages accurately and ensure correct product information
Inspect items for damage or defects before packaging
Assist in loading and unloading goods when required
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area
Follow company safety guidelines and procedures
Work with team members to meet daily packing targets
Report any issues or damaged goods to the supervisor

Requirements:

High school diploma or basic education preferred
Previous experience in packaging, warehouse, or factory work is a plus
Ability to stand for long hours and lift moderate weights
Good attention to detail and teamwork skills
Basic understanding of safety practices

Working Conditions:

Fast-paced warehouse or factory environment
May require shift work, including weekends
Physical work involving lifting, bending, and standing
