Factory Helper – Job Description

A Factory Helper assists in daily production activities by supporting machine operators, handling materials, and ensuring smooth workflow in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in production and manufacturing processes
Load and unload raw materials and finished goods
Operate basic machinery under supervision
Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
Report any issues or damages to supervisors
Required Skills
Basic physical fitness (standing, lifting, moving items)
Ability to follow instructions
Teamwork and cooperation
Attention to detail
Basic understanding of safety practices
Qualifications
No formal education required (high school is a plus)
Previous factory or labor experience (preferred but not mandatory)
Willingness to work shifts

Factories, warehouses, production plants
May involve noise, machinery, and long standing hours
Shift-based work (day/night)
