Overview
We are looking for a skilled AC Technician to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Install, inspect, and maintain air conditioning systems
Diagnose faults and perform repairs on AC units
Clean and replace filters, coils, and other components
Check refrigerant levels and recharge systems when necessary
Ensure systems operate efficiently and safely
Perform routine preventive maintenance
Keep records of work completed and materials used
Follow safety standards and company procedures

Requirements

Diploma or certification in HVAC or related field
Proven experience as an AC Technician (preferred)
Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment
Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD (basic knowledge, optional) and diagnostic tools
Ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams
Good troubleshooting skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with split, window, and central AC systems
Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge
Time management and teamwork skills

Work Environment

Indoor and outdoor work (homes, offices, commercial buildings)
May require working in heat or confined spaces
Flexible hours, including emergency repairs
