We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage and streamline daily operations in our travel company. You will coordinate bookings, handle logistics, liaise with vendors, and ensure smooth delivery of travel services to clients.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage travel operations including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and tour itineraries
Liaise with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other vendors to confirm bookings and rates
Handle visa processing, insurance, and travel documentation for clients
Monitor travel schedules and ensure timely delivery of services
Resolve operational issues and customer complaints promptly
Prepare operational reports, including booking statistics, vendor performance, and client feedback
Maintain accurate records of all travel operations and transactions
Assist in developing and improving operational processes to increase efficiency
