Description

We are looking for a Structural Design Engineer with 5–7 years of UAE experience to handle the structural analysis, design, and authority approvals for high- rise, residential, commercial, and mixed- use projects in Dubai. The role requires strong technical capability, authority coordination experience, and proficiency in industry- standard design software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural analysis and design for RCC and steel structures

• Prepare and review design calculations, drawings, and reports

• Manage authority submissions and approvals (DM, DDA, Trakhees, etc.)

• Coordinate with architects, MEP, and other disciplines

• Propose value engineering and design optimization solutions

• Provide technical support during construction and respond to RFIs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Civil or Structural Engineering

• SOE Card and Dubai Municipality License (G+12 or G+4)

• 5–10 years UAE- based experience in structural design

• Proficient in ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD

• In- depth knowledge of UAE building regulations and international codes

• Experience with AutoCAD; Revit Structure preferred

• Fluency in English and Hindi (Arabic is an advantage)

• Immediate joiner will be preferable
