Description

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Maintain the Vehicle in neat and tidy condition including cleaning.

2. Dive in a safe manner and follow all road rules.

3. Ensure vehicle is serviced at the appropriate times.

4. Ensure driver’s license is always valid.

5. Able to understand written and verbal instructions.

6. Maintain vehicle log.

7. Checking Post Box regularly for Mails from Sharjah and Dubai;

8. All Banking works (Cash and cheque deposit, opening an account, Letter of Credit, Cheque Collection and Letter of Guarantee) as assigned;

9. Delivery of submittal / Prequalifications as requested;

10. Collection & Distribution of documents to other internal an external offices;

11. Various errands, purchases and other miscellaneous duties as instructed for the offices and sites;

12. Airport pick- up and drop of staff;

13. Ensure confidentiality at all times;

14. Maintain personal hygiene and courteousness at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION

Education Level : High School Level

Experience : Minimum 3 to 5 years work experience in UAE

Other Specific Requirements : - Excellent communication (verbal & written),

- Highly organized with a particular attention to detail; Self motivated with strong presentation skills.
