We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will handle front desk responsibilities while providing excellent customer service to visitors and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner

Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and direct inquiries appropriately

Manage appointments and maintain front desk schedules

Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks

Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Coordinate with other departments as needed

Requirements:

Pleasant personality with good communication skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, WhatsApp)

Ability to multitask and stay organized

Prior front desk or customer service experience is an advantage
