Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of the department or branch.

Monitor staff performance and conduct pre-shift briefings.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and quality standards.

Coordinate with logistics, procurement, warehouse, and other teams for smooth workflow.

Track operational KPIs and prepare daily/weekly reports.

Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate as necessary.

Assist in implementing process improvements for efficiency and cost optimization.

Maintain proper documentation for operations, deliveries, and inventory.
