We Are Looking for a Well-Organized and Proactive front desk Office to Support daily office Operations. The ideal Candidates is Professionals, details-oriental, and able to manage multiple tasks in a Busy enviornment.

Responsibilities:

Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries

Organize and maintain office files and documents

Assist with scheduling, meetings, and daily office tasks

Prepare basic reports and maintain office supplies

Support management and staff whenever needed

Requirements:

Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Email)

Strong communication and organizational abilities

Ability to multitask and work independently

High school diploma or equivalent (office experience is a plus)
