Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, communicates clearly, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Assist customers via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
Maintain records of interactions and follow-up as needed
Support day-to-day customer service operations

Requirements:
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Email, CRM is a plus)
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to stay calm and positive under pressure
High school diploma or equivalent
