We are hiring Sales Support Executive, who will assists the sales team by providing administrative, operational, and customer support to ensure smooth sales processes. The role involves preparing sales documents, coordinating with clients, and maintaining records to achieve sales targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the sales team with daily administrative tasks.

Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and contracts.

Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client communications.

Assist in follow-ups with clients to ensure timely response and service.

Generate sales reports and performance metrics for management.

Schedule meetings, presentations, and sales events.

Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities as required.
