We are looking for motivated and service-oriented Hotel Staff to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidates will help ensure excellent guest experiences by assisting in daily hotel operations, including housekeeping, customer service, food service, and front desk support.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and common areas.

Support kitchen and restaurant teams with food preparation and service.

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently.

Assist with check-in/check-out processes at the front desk when required.

Ensure hotel standards of hygiene, safety, and service are met.

Cooperate with other departments to deliver smooth hotel operations.

Requirements:

Previous experience in the hospitality or hotel industry preferred.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Presentable, polite, and well-groomed.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
