Key Responsibilities

Welcome and register patients in a polite and professional manner.

Schedule appointments and manage calendars for doctors and specialists.

Maintain accurate patient records and update electronic medical records (EMR).

Handle incoming calls, emails, and patient inquiries efficiently.

Process billing, payments, and insurance information as needed.

Coordinate with medical staff for patient flow and administrative needs.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
