A reputable school is seeking a dependable and hardworking Store Helper to assist with the daily operations of the school store and storage facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and distributing supplies, while maintaining cleanliness and proper inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and unpack incoming stock and supplies

Assist in organizing and storing school materials, stationery, and equipment

Distribute items to departments or staff as requested

Maintain cleanliness and order in the store and storage areas

Perform regular stock checks and report shortages or damages

Help with loading/unloading deliveries

Follow safety guidelines and school policies

Assist with other tasks as directed by the Storekeeper or Administration

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not required)

Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving items

Basic knowledge of storekeeping and inventory processes

Responsible, reliable, and punctual

Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions

Good communication and organizational skills
