The Maintenance Supervisor oversees daily maintenance operations to ensure all facilities, equipment, and systems are operating safely and efficiently. The role involves supervising technicians, scheduling preventive maintenance, and coordinating repairs to maintain a clean, safe, and functional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance staff (electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, etc.).

Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for all building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, carpentry).

Inspect facilities regularly to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and improvement opportunities.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of all repair work.

Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and inventory of tools and spare parts.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintenance standards, and company policies.

Liaise with contractors and suppliers for specialized repair work or major installations.

Prepare reports on maintenance operations, expenses, and work progress.

Train and guide maintenance team members to ensure efficient performance and safety awareness.

Support emergency maintenance operations, including power failures, water leaks, or equipment breakdowns.
