Description


We are looking for a Store Supervisor, who oversees daily warehouse and store operations, ensuring smooth receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. The role ensures proper stock management, team coordination, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all store activities including goods receipt, storage, and dispatch.

Ensure proper documentation for all incoming and outgoing materials.

Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock counts and system updates.

Monitor warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety compliance.

Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams for stock replenishment.

Lead and train storekeepers, helpers, and warehouse staff.

Track expiry dates, damaged goods, and returns (especially for perfume or FMCG items).

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.

Implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and ensure product traceability.

Ensure all operations follow company SOPs and ISO/HSE standards.
