Assist guests with inquiries, bookings, and special requests.

Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and other departments for guest needs.

Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.

Promote hotel facilities, services, and events.

Maintain accurate guest records and feedback reports.

Assist VIP and long-stay guests with personalized service.

Ensure compliance with company service standards and hospitality protocols.
