We are hiring an Office Maintenance Technician to handle day-to-day office facility upkeep, including minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and AC repairs.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine inspection and maintenance of office premises, utilities, and fixtures.
Carry out basic repairs in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and air-conditioning systems.
Ensure lighting, sockets, wiring, and office appliances are in safe working condition.
Support office setup and relocation activities (furniture, partitions, cabling).
Respond promptly to staff maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
Monitor inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies.
