Assess and track student progress; communicate with families and guardians.
Integrate literacy across disciplines and use evidence-based teaching strategies.
Support literacy development for struggling readers (e.g., ELL/ESL students, SPED supports as assigned).
Collaborate with grade-level teams, literacy coaches, and curriculum specialists.
