We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Healthcare Administrator to manage daily operations, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and support the smooth running of medical facilities. The role requires strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and a thorough understanding of healthcare administration practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare centers
Manage scheduling, staffing, and coordination between medical and non-medical teams
Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, policies, and accreditation standards
Maintain patient records, billing systems, and insurance documentation accurately
Support financial planning, budgeting, and cost-control measures
Develop and implement healthcare policies and procedures for efficient workflow
Handle patient inquiries and resolve administrative concerns
Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and medical staff to improve service quality
Prepare reports and present updates to senior management

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Previous experience in healthcare management or administrative role
Knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare regulations, and insurance processes
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare management systems
