Store Keeper Roles & Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders and invoices.

Organize and maintain stock in designated storage areas.

Issue materials, tools, or products to staff upon request with proper documentation.

Maintain accurate stock records in manual registers or inventory software.

Monitor stock levels and prepare requisitions for replenishment.

Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile with records.

Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and storage conditions for all items.

Report damages, shortages, or discrepancies to management.

Follow safety, security, and hygiene standards in the store/warehouse.

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory reports.

Coordinate with procurement and accounts for smooth operations.

Salary Scale in UAE (AED / month)

Entry Level (0–2 years): 2,800 – 3,800 AED

Mid Level (3–5 years): 3,900 – 5,500 AED

Experienced / Senior Store Keeper (5+ years): 5,600 – 7,500 AED
