Description

The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative and personal support to ensure the smooth management of daily tasks, schedules, and communications. This role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the employer’s calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange appointments.
Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, letters).
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Conduct research and compile information for projects and decision- making.
Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval of information.
Assist with personal errands and household management tasks when required.
Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders on behalf of the employer.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely completion.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
Discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Work Conditions:

Full-time position; may require occasional flexibility in working hours.
Office-based, with occasional off-site tasks or travel.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
