We are looking for a professional and friendly Front Office Staff to be the first point of contact for our guests, clients, and visitors. The candidate will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service, handling inquiries, and supporting smooth front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate department.

Manage reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.

Handle guest check-ins/check-outs, registrations, and appointments.

Maintain records, update logs, and manage correspondence.

Coordinate with internal departments to assist with administrative tasks.

Handle customer complaints and provide accurate information when required.

Support management and staff with day-to-day office operations.

Requirements:

High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.

Prior experience in front office, receptionist, or customer service role is an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
