About the Role

We’re seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure efficient workflow, and support a safe, productive environment for all staff. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and activities (receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping)

Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time

Monitor inventory levels and assist in regular stock checks

Enforce safety and cleanliness standards

Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse employees

Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)

Prepare reports on productivity, inventory, and performance

Collaborate with Warehouse Manager and other departments for smooth operations

Qualifications

Proven experience as a warehouse team lead or supervisor (2+ years preferred)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory management systems (WMS a plus)

Forklift certification is an advantage

High school diploma or GED required
